What we'd look for, eventually
Full-stack engineering
Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, and Python. Comfortable across the whole pipeline.
AI/ML evaluation
Building eval harnesses, scoring rubrics, calibration discipline. Adversarial-minded.
Sales & programmes
Talking to foundations, universities, and programme operators. Knowing the work they actually do.
No timeline, no promises. Honest beats hopeful. We'll update this page when something changes.
